2) Approval of Consent Agenda:
Director Mark Burns pulled items D and G. These items were concerning the expenditures associated with replacing “Employee A” while they are on paid administrative leave. The impact to the district's operating budget is $29,250 for the first 45 days and depending on the length of the investigation could be expanded. Ultimately the consent agenda was approved.

3) Working Group Reports:
The Finance and Operations Committee is requesting a board work session soon to review RFP responses and answers to outstanding director questions so a transportation vendor can quickly be selected in time for the upcoming school year. During the Legislative Working Group update it was shared that the administration is putting together costs associated with COVID-19 response efforts for the board to review. Director Ptacek also stated it is safe to assume the State’s anticipated budget surplus is very much in jeopardy.

7) District Meeting Notes:
The meeting was heavily focused on reviewing planned building repair and maintenance work. The district’s meeting notes do a nice job summarizing the work being done at the district's various buildings.
